Here’s a clear and simple guide on how to unlock all outfits in the game.

This outfit unlocks when you get the last Tremere power, Blood Salvo.
Toreadors can find this outfit in their haven. Other clans need to unlock the first Toreador power, Entrancing Kiss, to get it.
You’ll earn this one by unlocking the third Banu Haqim power, Mute.
Unlock it after getting the third Brujah power, Taunt.
Lasombra characters get this outfit automatically. For everyone else, it becomes available once you unlock the first Lasombra power, Arms of Ahriman.
You can unlock this one after gaining the final Ventrue power, Mass Manipulation.

You’ll get this one after unlocking Earthshock, the last Brujah power.
