No More Room in Hell 2 has a pretty big weapon pool, and you’re not stuck using guns all the time either. You can go quiet with melee weapons, pull out a pistol when things get messy, or grab something heavier when a whole group of zombies is heading your way.

Melee weapons are probably going to get more use than you initially expect. They don’t need ammo, and more importantly, they’re quiet. The game has both one-handed and two-handed melee options. Some are basic tools, while others are much better suited for smashing through zombies.

There isn’t really one melee weapon you need to chase every match. What matters more is having something reliable when you don’t want to waste bullets. I’d rather keep a decent melee weapon around than burn through ammo on every regular zombie I see.
No More Room in Hell 2 has pistols, an SMG, several rifles, and shotguns.
M9A3: The M9A3 has the highest magazine capacity among the pistols. With the Increased Pistol Damage perk, it can also one-shot regular zombies.
Model 13: The Model 13 uses .357 Magnum rounds and hits much harder than most pistols. It can take down prime zombies in two shots, which is impressive for a handgun.
Gruber MKVII: The Gruber MKVII trades some damage for better stability. It’s easier to control than the other pistols, so it makes sense if you care more about consistent shots than raw stopping power.
M1911A1: The M1911A1 is another strong pistol choice and can one-shot regular zombies. Its biggest downside compared with the M9A3 is magazine capacity, since it holds roughly half as many rounds.
MP5A4: The MP5A4 uses the same ammunition as the M9A3 but fires at a much higher rate. That gives you a lot of damage quickly, which is useful when zombies start piling up.
M7A1: The M7A1 has a higher fire rate than the MC-15 and packs enough power to kill prime zombies with a single headshot.
Hunter 85: The Hunter 85 is a high-powered bolt-action rifle that uses the same ammunition as the M14 Battle Rifle.
Gruber 922: The Gruber 922 is a balanced rifle that favors accuracy over damage. It works somewhat like the MC-15 in that you can take more controlled shots instead of relying purely on firepower.
Rochester 1873: The Rochester 1873 is a lever-action rifle chambered for .357 Magnum rounds, which means it shares ammunition with the Model 13.
MC-15: The MC-15 is basically your straightforward assault rifle. It has solid stability and stopping power without an overly high fire rate.
M14 Battle Rifle: The M14 Battle Rifle is essentially a stronger DMR option compared with the Gruber Ranch. It gets a larger magazine, faster fire rate, and enough damage to kill prime zombies in two shots.
Gruber Ranch: The Gruber Ranch is a semi-automatic DMR with decent firepower. It makes more sense when you have some distance between yourself and the zombies.
590A1: The 590A1 is a pump-action shotgun capable of holding up to seven shells. That extra capacity is useful, although reloading it is slow.
Fierra DB12: The Fierra DB12 is an over-under shotgun firing 12-gauge shells. It can hit hard, but you only get two shots before needing to reload.
X12 Super: The X12 Super is a semi-automatic shotgun. You can fire faster than with the other shotgun options, although the reload is still something you have to manage.
Pipe Bomb: The Pipe Bomb creates sound thNo More Room in Hell 2:at attracts zombies toward it before exploding.
Molotov Cocktail: The Molotov Cocktail lets you set an area on fire and deal with zombies caught around it.
M67 Frag Grenade: The M67 Frag Grenade is the more traditional explosive option. Throw it toward a group and the blast can clear several zombies.
