Where to start Blix Bounty?
Head over to Hernand City and look around the House Celeste area. The bounty bill is posted on a wooden board and shows up as a purple icon on your minimap. Just walk up and interact with it to begin tracking Blix.
Where to find Blix?
The quest marker takes you toward Nas Riverside near a mountain range. When you reach the area, do not just follow the ground path blindly. I climbed up the mountain and looked down into a large crevice where the goblins usually gather.
You might also find them patrolling slightly southwest of the marker, so keep an eye out instead of staying fixed in one spot.
How to deal with Blix and his guards
Blix does not come alone. He usually has a few goblin guards with him, but they are not very strong. I found it easier to pull them away one by one using arrows instead of fighting all at once.
How to capture Blix alive
If you want the full reward, take it slow. First, separate and defeat his guards. Once Blix is alone, create distance so he drops aggro. Then sneak up behind him, tackle him, and tie him up.
After that, carry him and summon your horse. You can then ride back safely to turn in the bounty.
Kill vs capture rewards
If you kill Blix, you still complete the bounty and get around 10 silver. If you bring him back alive, you get 15 silver.
