ARC Raiders- Deciphering The Data Quest Guide

This is a weirdly-worded mission that got us running around hunting for a mysterious "magnetic decryptor" which wasn't actually needed, so we're here to help you avoid making the same mistakes.
Step One- Use The Magnetic Decryptor In Fuel Control Building
The Magnetic Decryptor, although it was like a very believable item name in ARC Raiders, doesn't actually exist, it is just flavor for the quest's text. So all you need to do in this first step of Deciphering The Data is head to the Fuel Control building in Spaceport.
Enter into the building from the North-Western door and you'll find yourself inside a room packed with massive computers. Your objective is directly in front of the door, at the other end of the room.

Step Two- Completing Deciphering The Data
This is not an "In One Round" quest, so you can come back to Spaceport later after completing this first step in case you need to extract early or you die.
After decrypting the data at the Fuel Control building, you'll need to head to the Arrival Build in Spaceport. Once you're there, make your way to the top floor, head to the room to your right (the one indicated as "Passenger Registration") and then open the first door to your left.

Don't worry, this isn't a player-placed door-blocker, the door spawns like that. Get into the room and you'll see three yellow terminals in front of you. Interact with the one in the middle and you'll complete the quest, receiving three Defibrillators and three Trailblazers as a reward.
As you can see by the screenshot above, there are multiple areas of the top floor in which you can complete this quest. The one shown above is at the North-Western corner of the building, but the first option is easier to find.
