All Key locations in Atomfall

In Atomfall, a lot of good loot and story bits are locked behind doors, chests, and bunkers. To open those, you’ll need to find specific keys scattered around the map.

This guide tells you exactly where to get every important key in Atomfall without overcomplicating it. We’ve kept things simple and straightforward so you can get in, grab what you need, and move on.

Castle Grounds Hut Key

You’ll find the Castle Grounds Hut Key at 24.5E, 85.8N in Casterfell Woods. It’s past an infected area, so you’ll need the Strange Concoction crafting recipe to safely get through. The hut it opens is located at 19.9E, 83.6N.

Sewer Tunnel Key

The Sewer Tunnel Key is found on a body in the tunnels themselves. Enter through the Casterfell Woods entrance at 23.4E, 83.6N and look around.

Platform Gate Key

You’ll need this to open the gate outside Data Store A under The Interchange. Go up the stairs near the gate toward the Medical Sector and find a room with blue spores. The key’s in a locker room on a corpse.

Dam Storeroom Key

This one’s hanging on a wall in a building at 22.3E, 91.2N. It unlocks the storeroom at 20.8E, 90.1N in Casterfell Woods.

June’s Key

You’ll find June’s Key inside the burned-out Tea Shop on the second floor, coordinates 34.7E, 80.2N. Use it to open June’s Chest.

Head Office Keycard

Found in the Robotics Sector's lower level. First, activate the three robotics consoles. Then head to the Weapons Testing area to find the dead scientist holding the Head Office Keycard.

Vicar’s Key

You can either blackmail the Vicar or kill him after the murder in the church. Either way, that gets you the Vicar’s Key to unlock the chest on the upper church balcony.

Concrete Shelter Key

This one’s simple: buy the Concrete Shelter Key from Molly Jewiit in the northern part of Slatten Dale.

Slatten Dale Radio Tower Keycard

It’s in a cave under the tower itself. Head to 31.0E, 75.0N and look in the quarry area nearby at 31.0E, 75.3N.

Crane Control Room Keycard

Look near Data Store Bravo in the robotics area of The Interchange. There’s a small garage with a body inside and the Crane Control Room Keycard on it.

Church Cellar Key

Head to the Medical Sector. From the Main Reception area at the entrance, check the lit alcove on the right. That’s where you’ll find the Church Cellar Key.

Site Office Key

This one’s outside the lower Robots entrance to The Interchange, at a construction site. It unlocks the Site Office found near the Slatten Side Interchange Entrance.

Dam Data Store Keycard

You’ll get this from Dr. Garrow. Free her from Skethermoor Prison, meet her at the Central Processor, then grab her notes from the Robotics lab. She’ll hand over the Dam Data Store Keycard.

Casterfell Woods Radio Tower Keycard

Find this one inside Bunker L9. It's on the upper level filled with poison gas. You’ll need protection to make it through safely.

Data Store A Store Room Key

It’s on a corpse in a hazmat suit right by the door under where you insert the Atomic Battery for Data Store A.

Control Room Keycard

In the Robotics area again. Go to the large room, then to the back hallway. Crawl through into a locked room to find the Control Room Keycard.

Castle Key

Check the kitchen counter on the first floor of the Castle Ruins. The Castle Key opens the secret fireplace door in the main hall. Hover over the fireplace engraving to use it.

Data Store D Store Room Key

After powering up Data Store D with an Atomic Battery, go to the server room nearby. Climb across the servers and get to the catwalk above. The key is on a scientist’s body.

Skethermoor Radio Tower Keycard

Head to the Vehicle Depot Bunker at 43.1E, 73.6N. Go to the back upper level, take the last door on the left, and crawl through a hole in the corner. The key’s on a table in that room.

Greenhouse Hut Key

This one’s pretty simple. The Greenhouse Hut Key is lying around near the hut itself, but the exact spot isn’t clearly marked. Explore carefully and you’ll find it.

Protocol Camp Armoury Key

Go to the Protocol Camp in Skethermoor. The Armoury Key is on a desk inside a building at 40.6E, 71.3N. The door it unlocks is nearby at 39.3E, 71.5N.

Vehicle Bunker Storeroom Key

Enter the Vehicle Storage Bunker in Skethermoor at 43.4E, 74.6N. Go down the stairs, past the tank, and into the bunk room. The Vehicle Bunker Storeroom Key is on one of the beds.

Windfall Keycard

Find this inside the Protocol Workshop in Skethermoor at 38.0E, 77.4N. There’s a bathroom with a hole in the wall—climb through to find a body in yellow clothes holding the keycard.

Bakery Bedroom Key

This key unlocks a bedroom on the second floor of the bakery in Wyndham. The Bakery Bedroom Key is inside the Wyndham Garage at 35.5E, 79.5N.

Church Chest Key

Same as the Vicar’s Key—either blackmail or kill the Vicar to get the key to the chest on the church’s upper balcony.

Agravaine’s Lockbox Key

Not many details on this one—it’s out there somewhere. Explore carefully and you’ll likely come across Agravaine’s Lockbox Key.

Skethermoor Prison Security Keycard

It can be found in two places: on the bottom floor of the Maintenance Room, or in a side room of the Loading Dock in the prison’s basement.

Holder’s Keycard

Talk to Dr. Holder in the church basement. After that, you’ll have access to the Level 1 Medical Sector Elevator.

Data Store B Store Room Key

You’ll need to redirect power to access the lower level of Data Store B. The key’s near a Scientist on a Rampart.

Data Store C Store Room Key

This one’s also in the lower level. It’s right next to the door, on a body. Just make sure you solve the power puzzle first.

Dig Site Storeroom Keycard

Go to the Oberon Dig Site in The Interchange. In the upper-level offices to the left, look on a desk to find this keycard.

B 887126 Control Room Key

Head to Casterfell Woods. There’s a tunnel with poison gas at 23.2E, 91.6N. A corpse there holds the key for the control room east of the Casterfell Dam.

Conservatory Key

Go inside Datton Hall at 25.4E, 85.0N. Convince Prudence to hand over the Conservatory Key to unlock the door on the northwest side of the building.
