Terms and Conditions:

1. ​​Those aged 16 and above are welcome to purchase tickets. Individuals under 16 must either be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Everyone attending the event needs a ticket, except for children aged 3 or younger. Valid photo ID may be required for entry.
2. Elements of the show could potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Attendee discretion is advised.
3. Be advised that the event will be broadcast and filmed by the event organizer. As an attendee, you may appear in these recordings.

The following items/actions are prohibited:

• Weapons or explosives (including fake or replica weapons)
• Illegal drugs
• Alcoholic beverages
• Outside food or beverage (except factory-sealed water bottles, 17 oz. or less; limit 2 per person; non-metallic, refillable containers must be empty)
• Animals (except official ADA service animals)
• Bags not compliant with venue policy (e.g. briefcases, coolers, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, oversized seat cushions, computer bags, camera bags, solid bags, or purses that violate the Clear Bag Policy)
• Hard coolers, ice chests, thermoses
• Electronic devices larger than a cell phone (e.g. laptops, iPads, tablets)
• Video equipment (including video cameras, tape recorders; GoPros allowed)
• Cameras with detachable lenses
• Selfie sticks or telescopic sticks
• Signs or banners that:
  • Are larger than 56 cm x 71 cm
  • Are not hand-held
  • Obstruct views or arena signage
  • Are on sticks or constructed of wood, metal, or other potentially harmful materials
  • Are not event-related, or are commercial, political, or offensive. This includes flags of any kind.
• Flag poles
• Laser pointers
• Mace or pepper spray
• Spiked or studded jewelry
• Skateboards, roller skates, scooters, hoverboards, bicycles, strollers
• Drones
• Musical instruments, megaphones, speakers
• Artificial noisemakers (whistles, bells, air horns, etc.)
• Large or distracting items (e.g. beach balls, other airborne objects)
• Large umbrellas (small, collapsible umbrellas that fit in pockets are permitted; larger ones must be left at the door at your own risk)
• Glass containers
• Unsliced fruits or vegetables
• Banners, Signs, and Flags that do not comply with the Code of Conduct
• Banners, signs, and flags that obstruct the view of guests or block arena signage
• Banners and signs constructed of wood, metal, or any other material that may cause harm to others as determined by stadium management
• Banners and signs that are not event-related
• Banners and signs that are commercial, political, or offensive in nature
• Signs that are not hand-held
• Signs on sticks

4. Due to the live broadcast of the event, please be aware that all seating areas may experience partial or complete obstruction of views at certain times. This may be caused by moving broadcast equipment, including but not limited to camera jibs, mobile camera operators, or other broadcast or production elements.

5. By entering the venue and its surroundings, you voluntarily agree for your likeness, image, voice, etc. to be included in the worldwide broadcast of this tournament, as well as any marketing, advertising, or related commercial endeavors by BLAST ApS. For any queries, please approach a staff member.

6. By buying a ticket, you consent to be photographed at the event. These photos may be included in a collective album visible to other attendees and potentially used for promotional purposes by BLAST, the photographer, and/or the artist.

7. Although event schedules may be published in advance, the organizer retains the right to alter the schedule without prior notice. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may be modified or canceled at any time.

8. All merchandise and other event specific perks must be purchased, if applicable, and collected on the day of the show at the event. Merchandise will not be mailed out if uncollected or purchased incorrectly. All merchandise sales are final. Refund requests will not be accepted for change of mind. Exchanges for merchandise or other event specific perks are not available after the event has taken place. The event organizer is not responsible for lost or misplaced merchandise items.

9. The allowance of flags, banners, bullhorns/loud hailers, amplified equipment and instruments depends on the specific event and venue policy. If you plan to bring these items, please contact BLAST for prior approval at least 14 days before the event date.

10. Every participant will be subject to a search by security for licensing and safety reasons.

11. Customer information, including email and mailing addresses for merchandise delivery, may be shared by BLAST or its partners with the promoter, ticketing agent, venue or any of its partner or sponsor companies or other related parties for marketing and event-specific requirements. By purchasing a package, you consent to this data sharing. 14. All sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets resold or transferred through third-party platforms may be invalidated, causing entry delays or rejection. The organizer, promoter, ticketing company, venue, or any other affiliated parties are not liable for incorrect or outdated information provided by the guest during purchase, which may result in undelivered product.

12. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the organizer, promoter, ticket agent, venue, and all associated partners related to this event.
