All of us at BLAST want to ensure the Website encourages participation in a friendly and inclusive way. It is important to us that our users interact safely and positively. To encourage this, in addition to our Terms of Use, we have put together these guidelines to help everyone understand what we consider to be fair use of our Website.

BREAKING THE LAW

All applicable local, national and international laws must be respected whilst using our Website. Content which promotes illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

SUSPENSION

BLAST has the right to suspend your account, or any further accounts you create, where we believe it reasonable and proportionate to do so, including where your conduct is in breach of the letter or spirit of these guidelines, or of our Terms of Use.

YOUR BEHAVIOUR

The following behaviour is prohibited on our Website:

• Violence or threats of violence: Any conduct which we consider to be violent or threatening of violence will not be tolerated on our Website and will lead to suspension. This includes but is not limited to any attempt to or threat to harm another person.
• Hateful conduct and harassment: Hateful conduct and harassment include, but are not limited to conduct which is dishonest, racist, sexist, homophonic, bullying, trolling, or conduct which could damage our reputation or the reputation of another, or infringe their rights. BLAST will not tolerate any hateful conduct or harassment whatsoever on the Website.
• Malicious conduct such as spams and scams: This includes but is not limited to phishing, fraud, spreading malware or viruses and distributing unwanted advertisements.
• Nudity, pornography, and other sexual content: Sexually explicit content (where sharing or asking for it) are prohibited on our Website.
• Impersonation: Impersonation of an individual or organisation, regardless of whether they are a registered user on the Website, will not be tolerated.
