Canadian superstar Twistzz has officially left FaZe Clan. His departure comes after just under three successful years with the organisation.
In his time with the team, they won the PGL Antwerp Major and an Intel Grand Slam that included victories at IEM Katowice and IEM Cologne.
They have also dominated the opening months of Counter-Strike 2, appearing in the final of every event they have attended and winning all but one of those, BLAST Premier Fall Final.
Twistzz is now expected to re-join the organisation with whom he made his name, Team Liquid, according to reports.
Marking the end of a three-year move away from his home region, he is expected to join alongside Brazillian prodigy skullz and charismatic Danish in-game leader cadiaN as part of a massive rebuild by Liquid.
In his first spell with Liquid Twistzz won his first Intel Grand Slam as the team of NAF, EliGE, stewie, and nitr0 speedran the award in the Summer of 2019.
His grand slam wins make him the only player in history to have won two Intel Grand Slams.
He released the following statement via Twitter.
