Brazilian prodigy skullz has officially joined Team Liquid, the organisation has announced via Twitter.
The young star had originally been in talks with Fluxo, although those talks broke down as the potential of a move to Liquid was reported by Dust2.br.
With a reported fee of $600,000, skullz represents a significant investment by Liquid as they look to reinvigorate their side.
Former player Twistzz as well as Danish in-game leader cadiaN are also set to join if reports are to be believed. Twistzz's departure from FaZe was announced earlier this week, and so it seems likely that his arrival back to TL is imminent.
The changes come after Liquid's former roster featuring Patsi and Rainwaker faced disappointing results.
In response to those disappointments, the organisation is now looking to head back to its national roots in Counter-Strike.
skullz has limited tier-one experience, but has shone when given the chance. With paiN he finished 9th-12th at ESL Pro League Season 17 and also qualified to the BLAST.tv Paris Major, and offers exceptional, if slightly unrefined as of right now, ability and a calm demeanour to a team that looks to create another great team.
