BLAST World Leaderboard update July 2023
Considering July could very well be the last full month of CS:GO's lifespan, this could also be the last ever BLAST Premier World Final leaderboard update while CS:GO tournaments are played.
Heroic currently sit pretty at the top of the leaderboard. Their semi-final placing at the BLAST.tv Paris Major combined with their victory at BLAST Premier Spring Final and consistently high placings throughout the year is enough to see them hold the top spot.
Right after them is Vitality. One of the best teams of the year, the BLAST.tv Paris Major winners only have a 325 point gap between themselves and their Danish rivals, a gap that could easily be closed with more success in the latter half of the year.
Closing that gap will mean nothing more than bragging rights, however, due to their wins at Spring Final and the Paris Major, both teams have already qualified for BLAST Premier World Final in Abu Dhabi later this year.
The two remaining teams currently qualified, G2 and FaZe, sit third and fourth respectively. FaZe qualified for World Final thanks to their Intel Grand Slam closing victory at ESL Pro League Season 17, while G2's wins at both IEM Katowice and IEM Cologne pushed their points total to a level no one will be able to catch.

Rounding out the top five is NAVI, whose new look side could quickly see themselves overcome by IEM Dallas winners ENCE. ENCE don't normally feature at BLAST events, but their strong placings throughout the year including their second place at IEM Cologne currently sees them well in the running for World Final come December.
Rounding out the top ten are Astralis, Cloud9, Team Liquid, and GamerLegion. Each of these teams have recently undergone big changes, and they will all need strong second halves to the year in order to feature in Abu Dhabi.
