We as CSGO fans love to be a part of the action, and there’s few ways to do that quite as fun as Pick’Ems.
A new feature let you submit your Pick'Ems in your browser on BLAST.tv.
Never before had we cared so much about which team went 0-3 than before there was a diamond coin dangled before us, and we’re all secretly (or not so secretly) obsessed with obtaining one.
There’s no bigger flex, ergo, than having one for the final CSGO Major.
If you’re not certain on who you should pick and want some guidance, or you’re so supremely confident in your own and just want to mock others’ choices for their insolence, the talent’s choice for the Challengers Stage can only help.
BLAST.tv comments: Perhaps unsurprisingly, our resident Aussie has Grayhound going through to the next stage. Call it copium or genuine insight; we’re certain he genuinely believes it.
BLAST.tv comments: A fellow Fluxo non-believer, MACHINE hedges his Brazilian bets instead with paiN. They’ve been terrorising the domestic scene in the last few months since biguzera’s switch to in-game leading, but this would be a big step-up.
BLAST.tv comments: Clearly not aligned with SPUNJ’s thinking, Freya has the Australian representative taking that long flight home quite quickly in Paris. She does, however, believe in North America, putting her eggs in the Complexity and Team Liquid baskets.
BLAST.tv comments: Whether Mahone is going for the tactical route of gambling on a 3-0 to put the favourites to advance, or he’s seen something in the demos that we haven’t seen, he stands alone with GamerLegion in the 3-0.
BLAST.tv comments: Tech Girl becomes the first person to agree with MACHINE on paiN going through, and clearly also isn’t much of a believer in TheMongolz surprising the world all over again.
BLAST.tv comments: All of our NA representatives elected to back their boys and put their chips on both TL and Complexity to go through, and only time will tell us whether this is blind faith or woke genius.
BLAST.tv comments: Pimp follows the trend of backing G2 to go 3-0 and also doesn’t have much faith in The Boys to make it through, but perhaps his most out-there choice is Apeks. The mix team have been remarkably strong in the RMRs, but no other analysts were quite as convinced as Pimp.
BLAST.tv comments: Monte were clearly impressive at the RMRs, as outlined by being a part of so many of the talent predictions. Hugo, clearly, is a BOROS believer - and why wouldn’t he be?
BLAST.tv comments: No NIP or Complexity for Professeur, who instead opts for both Monte and FORZE to make it through over either of them. There’s a lot of belief shown for FORZE from our talent.
BLAST.tv comments: Dinko opts for a line-up very similar to Prof’s, swapping out Monte for NIP and Fluxo for TheMongolz.
BLAST.tv comments: One man’s 3-0 is another man’s 0-3 - while Mahone has GamerLegion shocking the world to go 3-0, Maniac goes for an equally avant garde selection to have them going out 0-3. A secret NA fan too, Maniac has Complexity and Team Liquid.
BLAST.tv comments: While a significant portion of the line-up has Fluxo going out without winning a game, James Banks fancies them to sneak through into the Legends stage. We do stan a brave king.
BLAST.tv comments: Ever the hipster, Anders has ENCE going out, Fluxo and GamerLegion going through, Complexity not winning a game and no sign of MOUZ. If he is correct, none of the other talent will be.
BLAST.tv comments: Another North American, another Complexity believer; launders also elects for Monte and GamerLegion, leaving NIP, ENCE (who he did also have as a 3-0, in fairness), OG and FORZE missing out, interestingly.
BLAST.tv comments: Harry believes in paiN and Monte both heading through, and has supreme faith in Team Liquid. OG are likely the most notable omission, with no FORZE or GamerLegion either.
Once you’ve taken inspiration from the talent - either going with them or against them - be sure to lock in your picks and track how well or badly it’s going by watching every single game of the Paris Major live on BLAST.tv.
How badly can it really go?
